Q: Are your products authentic?
A: We sell 100% authentic products that we purchase directly from manufacturer or we manufacture our own collection.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: We process orders Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays, from 9AM - 2PM EST. While we do process orders on Sunday, those orders will not ship until the following business day.

Q: Do you have a physical location where we can pick up orders ourselves?
A: Ortijewelry.com is an online retailer; we do not have any store locations.

Q: What shipping carrier do you use?
A: We use USPS for domestic shipments.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: We ship to all 50 States, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, APO and FPO addresses and also we ship internationally.

Q: What is your warranty/return policy?
A: Ortijewelry.com offers a 30-day warranty on defective units. Warranty returns must be sent at the customer's expense, though we cover the return cost of sending you the replacement item.

Q: What is your order cancellation/alteration policy?
A: You may cancel your order for up to 1 hour after it is placed. After that, we are unable to guarantee order cancellation, as it may have already been processed and/or shipped. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us and we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request.
